2.3L EcoBoost® I4 Engine

    • Axle Ratios Available: 3.73, 4.27, and 4.46

Both the 2-door and 4-door models with the 2.3L EcoBoost® engine offer a consistent towing capacity of up to 3,500 pounds, making them suitable for towing small trailers, boats, or campers.

2.7L EcoBoost® V6 Engine

  • 2-Door Models:

    • Maximum towing capacity: 3,500 lbs

    • Axle Ratios Available: 4.27 and 4.70

  • 4-Door Models:

    • Maximum towing capacity: 3,500 lbs

    • Axle Ratios Available: 3.73, 4.27, 4.46, and 4.70

The 2.7L EcoBoost® engine provides the same towing capacity as the 2.3L engine, but offers a bit more power for those who want a smoother towing experience, especially in hilly terrain or with heavier loads.

3.0L EcoBoost® V6 Engine (Bronco Raptor)

  • 4-Door Models Only:

    • Maximum towing capacity: 4,500 lbs

    • Axle Ratio: 4.70

The Bronco Raptor, equipped with the powerful 3.0L EcoBoost® V6 engine, offers a higher towing capacity of 4,500 pounds. This makes it the best option for those who need to tow larger trailers or equipment while still enjoying the Bronco's rugged off-road capabilities.
