2026 Ford Mustang
America's last V8 pony car. Still built to be driven hard, not just admired.
The Last Pony Standing -- and It's the Best One Yet
With the Camaro discontinued and the Challenger gone, the 2026 Ford Mustang stands alone as America's last V8-powered pony car. For drivers in Clarksville, that's not a sad story -- it's an opportunity. The competition blinked. Ford didn't.
Whether you're heading north toward Fort Campbell on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, winding through the scenic roads toward Land Between the Lakes, or just making the daily run to Austin Peay State University, the Mustang turns every drive into something you'll want to talk about. Five trims. Two body styles. Two engines. Rear-wheel drive. Always.
At Jenkins & Wynne Ford, we've been part of Clarksville's fabric for three generations. We don't just sell Mustangs -- we know them, we service them, and we'll help you find the one that actually fits your life and budget. No pressure. Just honest answers.
11 Colors. Find Your Mustang.
The 2026 Mustang adds two new colors: Adriatic Blue Metallic (a nod to the legendary 1993 Cobra Teal) and Orange Fury Metallic Tri-Coat. Several colors are available across all trims; premium finishes carry a small upcharge.
* Color availability varies by trim. Premium colors may carry an additional charge. See your Jenkins & Wynne Ford sales specialist for current inventory and availability.

Standard Brembo brakes, sport-tuned adaptive suspension, Michelin Pilot Sport tires, and a 13.2-inch curved cockpit display make it the most complete Mustang in the regular lineup. It goes to track days on weekends and back to being a daily driver on Monday.

Ford Co-Pilot360 -- Standard on Every Mustang
Every 2026 Mustang comes with Ford Co-Pilot360 standard. No trim-level games. The full safety suite is there whether you're buying the base EcoBoost or the Dark Horse.
Pre-Collision Assist
Automatic Emergency Braking detects vehicles and pedestrians ahead and applies the brakes if you do not react in time. Relevant everywhere from Clarksville's 41A corridor to the interstate.
BLIS Blind Spot Monitor
Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert watches your mirrors and warns you of vehicles you might miss. Particularly useful in I-24 traffic heading toward Nashville.
Lane-Keeping Assist
Monitors lane markings and provides steering input to help keep you centered. Standard across all 2026 trims.
Rear View Camera
Standard backup camera with dynamic grid lines on every 2026 Mustang. Simple, reliable, and required by law -- Ford does it well.
Automatic High Beams
Detects oncoming headlights and automatically switches between high and low beams, so you can focus on the road rather than the stalk on rural routes around Montgomery County.
Co-Pilot360 Assist+ (Premium)
Premium trims add Adaptive Cruise Control with stop-and-go, lane-centering steering, and a driver attention monitor -- a meaningful upgrade for longer highway drives to Nashville or Louisville.
Five Trims. Two Engines. One Mustang.
Manual or Automatic -- Both Are Right
The 2026 Mustang is one of the few cars left where you can still order a proper 6-speed manual. The GT's MT82-D4 includes rev matching for smooth downshifts. The Dark Horse gets the exclusive TREMEC TR 3160 with a titanium-anodized blue knob, rev matching, and no-lift shifting technology.
If you prefer the automatic, the 10-speed SelectShift unit with paddle shifters delivers impressive 0-60 times and is now standard on the Dark Horse for 2026. Either way, you're in control.
- GT: MT82-D4 6-speed manual with rev matching (standard)

- EcoBoost: 10-speed automatic only
- Dark Horse: 10-speed auto now standard for 2026 (previously $1,595 option)

What Clarksville Says About Us
Your 2026 Mustang Questions, Answered
What is the starting price for a 2026 Ford Mustang at Jenkins and Wynne Ford in Clarksville?
The 2026 Ford Mustang EcoBoost Fastback starts at $32,320 plus the $1,995 destination charge. The EcoBoost Premium starts around $36,345, the GT Fastback at $46,560, and the Dark Horse at $65,075. The Dark Horse Premium tops out at $69,075 before options. We recommend calling us at 931-441-8041 or visiting our inventory page for current pricing and any available incentives on in-stock units.
Does the 2026 Mustang come in a convertible?
Yes. The 2026 Mustang is available as a convertible in EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, and GT Premium trims. The power-folding soft top operates quickly -- handy on a warm Tennessee afternoon. The Dark Horse is fastback-only. The EcoBoost Convertible starts around $40,120. If you want open-air driving without giving up the V8, the GT Premium Convertible is your trim.
What engines are available on the 2026 Ford Mustang?
Two engines, two very different personalities. The 2.3L turbocharged EcoBoost four-cylinder produces 315 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque, and earns an EPA-estimated 22/33 MPG -- the best fuel economy in the lineup by a comfortable margin. The 5.0L Gen-4 Coyote V8 delivers 480 horsepower on GT trims or 500 horsepower on the Dark Horse (the most powerful naturally aspirated 5.0L Ford has made). All trims are rear-wheel drive.
Does Jenkins and Wynne Ford offer military discounts on the Mustang?
Yes. As a Ford dealership right on the Fort Campbell Boulevard corridor, we are proud to serve our military community. Ford's Military Appreciation Program offers eligible active duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired military, and veterans special pricing on new Ford vehicles. Speak with one of our team members or call 931-441-8041 to confirm current program eligibility and details. We have honored Clarksville's military connection for three generations.
Can I test drive a 2026 Mustang at Jenkins and Wynne Ford?
Absolutely. We keep 2026 Mustang inventory on-site at our Clarksville dealership at 2921 Fort Campbell Blvd. Call us at 931-441-8041 to confirm what is in stock and schedule a test drive, or just stop in any day of the week. Nothing explains the Mustang better than five minutes behind the wheel.
What is the fuel economy on the 2026 Ford Mustang?
The EcoBoost is EPA-rated at 22 city / 33 highway / 26 combined MPG -- the most efficient Mustang in the lineup by a wide margin, and genuinely capable fuel economy for a sports car. The V8 GT returns approximately 15 city / 24 highway. If you are commuting from Oak Grove or Hopkinsville daily and still want a Mustang, the EcoBoost is the honest choice. The 16-gallon tank gives you a highway range of around 528 miles on the EcoBoost.
What is the difference between the GT and the Dark Horse?
Both use the 5.0L Coyote V8, but the Dark Horse uses a modified version with 500 horsepower versus the GT's 480. Beyond power, the Dark Horse adds standard Brembo brakes with 6-piston calipers, sport-tuned adaptive Magnetic Damping suspension, exclusive tarnished dark anodized wheels, Dark Horse hood graphics and badging, blue-stitched RECARO-style heated seats, and the 13.2-inch panoramic curved display as standard. It also gets a unique TREMEC 6-speed manual with a titanium-anodized knob. The GT is the authentic Mustang experience; the Dark Horse is what happens when Ford's performance engineers get to go further.
What safety features come standard on the 2026 Mustang?
Ford Co-Pilot360 is standard on all 2026 Mustang trims and includes Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane-Keeping Assist, BLIS Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert, Rear View Camera, and Automatic High Beams. Premium trims add Co-Pilot360 Assist+ with Adaptive Cruise Control with stop-and-go capability, lane-centering steering, and a driver attention monitor.
Does Jenkins and Wynne Ford service Mustangs after the sale?
Yes. Our service department is staffed by factory-trained Ford technicians and is equipped to handle everything from routine maintenance to more involved performance work. As a third-generation family dealership, we service what we sell. You are not buying a car from a stranger here -- you are buying from neighbors who will be here when your Mustang needs attention years from now.
What is new on the 2026 Ford Mustang compared to 2025?
The 2026 Mustang adds two new exterior colors (Adriatic Blue Metallic and Orange Fury Tri-Coat), removes two colors (Intense Lime Yellow and Wimbledon White), and introduces new seat belt color options: Black with Red Stripe, International Orange, and Prime Blue. The 10-speed automatic is now standard on the Dark Horse (previously a $1,595 option). The new FX Package for GT Premium evokes Fox Body Mustang styling with Oxford White wheels and plaid-inspired seating. LED headlamps switch to black bezels for a cleaner look. The Mustang EcoBoost RTR Package (collaboration with Vaughn Gittin Jr.) and the limited Dark Horse SC (795 HP supercharged V8) are also new for 2026.
