We offer a 48-Hour Love it or Leave it price and product guarantee on most of our pre-owned vehicles*! At Jenkins and Wynne, we understand that buying a car can be a big decision. That's why we offer a New and Pre-Owned vehicle return policy that gives you peace of mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the vehicle within 48 hours of leaving our store for a full refund or exchange. The vehicle must be returned with no damage and less 200 miles to qualify for a return/exchange.

This policy allows you to test drive your new car in real-life situations and make sure it's the right fit for you. Our goal is to make the car-buying process as stress-free and transparent as possible, and our return policy is just one way we achieve that.

*Exceptions include bargain non-warrantied vehicles and high-performance vehicles.

We also complete a compression test on all vehicles with more than 50,000 miles to ensure the engine and transmission are working properly. If any issues are found, we make the necessary repairs using only high-quality parts. We also perform a complete detailing of the vehicle, so it looks, smells, and feels like new.

We don’t wait for our customers to ask for service records- we provide that information willingly! You can find any vehicle’s service records on our website: just view the vehicle’s information page and click on the Vehicle Records button. The service records can also be viewed by scanning the QR code found on the vehicle’s window sticker, or a salesperson can print the records for you.
